Payment adjustments shall be made if Buyer or Seller discovers there have been good faith inaccuracies in invoicing that are not otherwise disputed under Section 8.5 or an adjustment to an amount previously invoiced or paid is required due to a correction of data by the CAISO; provided, however, that there shall be no adjustments to prior invoices based upon meter inaccuracies. If the required adjustment is in favor of Xxxxx, Xxxxx’s next monthly payment shall be credited in an amount equal to the adjustment.
