Payment Adjustments; Billing Errors. Payment adjustments shall be made if Buyer or Seller discovers there have been good faith inaccuracies in invoicing that are not otherwise disputed under Section 8.5, or there is determined to have been a meter inaccuracy sufficient to require a payment adjustment.
