Payment Amount, Procedures and Form of Payment. 5.1. Payments shall be made in accordance with the procedures and under the conditions determined by the current legislation and the rules of the relevant payment systems. Non-cash payments under the Agreement, including the payment of the sublicense fee, rental fees, fines and other payments provided for by the Agreement, shall be made by direct debiting of funds from the User's bank card in accordance with the Tariffs. 5.2. When accepting this T&C, the User expresses its unconditional consent to the sending by the Copyright Holder of orders, requests, claims to the User's bank, as well as to the direct debiting of funds that make up the sublicense fee, rental fees, fines and other payments provided for by the Agreement. 5.3. The amount of the sublicense fee and rent as well as the procedures for their payment shall be governed by this section 5 of the T&C, as well as by the Tariffs and, if the User activates the Subscription, the description of the Subscriptions available in the Mobile Application. If the provisions of the T&C contradict the provisions of the Tariffs and the description of the Subscriptions, the provisions of the Tariffs and the description of the Subscriptions shall prevail. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Tariffs and the description of the subscriptions, the descriptions of the Subscriptions shall prevail.

If applicable, the choice of a specific Rate may also change the terms of use of the Mobile Application (a description of the Rate is available in the Mobile Application). Such conditions may include conditions on the number of IMDs that the User may rent as part of a Group Trip; the duration of the Booking period; the cost of Insurance; cancellation of the blocking on the User's bank card of the deposit provided for in paragraph 5.8 of this Offer, as well as other conditions specified in the Rate description.
