Fine Debiting Procedures. 10.1. At the moment a violation of the Agreement by the User is detected, for which a fine is provided for by the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the Copyright Holder shall the right to debit the amount of the corresponding fine from the User's bank card. If there are insufficient funds on the User's bank card, funds shall be debited to pay the fine in installments as funds are received on the User's card.

Fine Debiting Procedures. 5.10.1. At the moment a violation of the Agreement by the User is detected, for which a fine is provided for by the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the Copyright Holder shall the right to debit the amount of the corresponding fine from the User's bank card. If there are insufficient funds on the User's bank card, funds shall be debited to pay the fine in installments as funds are received on the User's card. 5.10.2. If, after debiting the fine in accordance with clause 5.10.1 of this T&C, the Copyright Holder establishes the unreasonableness of such debiting (in particular, due to the absence of a violation of the Agreement by the User or the absence of the User's fault in committing the corresponding violation), the Copyright Holder shall refund the money debited from the User's bank card to pay for the fine. Such a return must be made by the Copyright Holder no later than 10 calendar days from the date the User sends the corresponding claim to the Copyright Holder using the Mobile Application.
