Payment at Death of an Employee. Wages and unused paid time off due a deceased employee shall be paid in accordance with a primary and secondary beneficiary designation filed by the employee. In the absence of a valid beneficiary designation, payment shall be made pursuant to the provisions of prevailing statutes.
