Payment; Deadline to Request Payment. If School Board is in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, including the procedures for Requests for Payment set forth in this article, County shall reimburse School Board (subject to all terms and conditions of this Agreement) in accordance with Exhibit B for Project expenses that are determined by the County to be Eligible Expenditures, unless a suspension of payment as provided for in Section 5.6 has occurred. School Board shall not be entitled to reimbursement for any Requests for Payment received by County after December 10, 2020.

  • Interest Payments Unless otherwise specified on the face hereof, the Interest Payment Dates will be, in the case of a Floating Rate Note which resets: (1) daily, weekly or monthly—the fifteenth day of each calendar month or on the fifteenth day of March, June, September and December of each year, as specified on the face hereof; (2) quarterly—the fifteenth day of March, June, September and December of each year; (3) semi-annually—the fifteenth day of the two months of each year specified on the face hereof; and (4) annually—the fifteenth day of the month of each year as specified on the face hereof.   • Stop Payment Request You may ask the Credit Union to stop payment on any check drawn upon or ACH debit scheduled from your checking account. You may request a stop payment by telephone, by mail, or in person. For checks, the stop payment will be effective if the Credit Union receives the order in time for the Credit Union to act upon the order. For ACH debits, the stop payment order must be received at least three (3) banking days before the scheduled date of the transfer. You must state the number of the account, date, and the exact amount of the check or item and the number of the check or originator of the ACH debit. Not more than once every thirty days the Consultant shall file its request for payment, accompanied by evidence satisfactory to the City justifying the request for payment, including a report of Work accomplished and tasks completed, and an itemization of Eligible Expenses with copies of receipts and invoices.

  • Rest Pauses Every employee shall be entitled to a rest pause of 10 minutes duration in the employer's time in the 1st and 2nd half of the employee's daily work. The letter and documentation must be sent to the Bids and Specifications manager, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, at Xxxxxxx.Xxxxxx@x-xxx.xxx Review/Approval of Requests If H-GAC approves the price increase, Contractor will be notified in writing; no price increase will be effective until Contractor receives this notice. If H-GAC does not approve Contractor’s price increase, Contractor may terminate its performance upon sixty (60) days advance written notice to H-GAC, however Contractor must fulfill any outstanding Purchase Orders. Termination of performance is Contractor’s only remedy if H-GAC does not approve the price increase. H-GAC reserves the right to accept or reject any price change request.
