Common use of Payment Directive Clause in Contracts

Payment Directive. For so long as the Permitted Securitization Financing to which such Payment Directive relates is outstanding, the Borrower shall cause each Subsidiary that provides a Payment Directive not to revoke such Payment Directive, in each case without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.
