Payment Following Termination by the CQS. If there is a termination by the CQS of his Services (unless the termination had been occasioned by the default or negligence of the CQS), the CQS shall be entitled to be paid the sums specified in sub-paragraphs 5.3(a)(i) and (ii) of this Schedule less the amount of payments previously made to the CQS.

In addition to termination pursuant to any other article of this Contract, the Commissioner may, at any time, terminate this Contract by written notice to the Contractor.
