PAYMENT FOR EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE. A. A Borrower shall pay a Lender for all valid and invoiced costs associated with Emergency Assistance provided by the Lender within sixty (60) days of receipt of the Lender’s invoice. The Lender, in its sole discretion, may elect to extend the repayment deadline upon written request of the Borrower. B. In the event a Lender provides equipment, supplies or materials, the Lender shall have the option to accept cash or in-kind payment for the equipment, supplies or materials provided.
