PAYMENT FOR HORIZONTAL ADVANCEMENT CREDITS. If a Spoon River College course is taken and the Vice President approves its use for horizontal advancement, the faculty member must pay the full cost of the course (full tuition and fees) and not accept the tuition waiver normally offered by the College.
