Common use of Payment For Insurance Clause in Contracts

Payment For Insurance. Regardless of whether the Landlord or Tenant is the Insuring Party, Tenant shall pay its proportionate share of all insurance required under this (P) 16. ("Insurance Costs") either directly or by reimbursement to Landlord as specified in this (P) 16. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to or extending beyond the Lease Term shall be prorated to correspond to the Lease Term. Payment shall be made by Tenant to Landlord within thirty (30) days following receipt of an invoice for any amount due.
