Common use of Payment for Medical Care Clause in Contracts

Payment for Medical Care. Pursuant to ORS 279C.530, and as a condition to Owner's performance hereunder, Contractor shall promptly, as due, make payment to any person, partnership, association or corporation furnishing medical, surgical, and hospital care or other needed care and attention, incident to sickness or injury, to the employees of such Contractor, all sums of which the Contractor agrees to pay for such services and all moneys and sums which the Contractor has collected or deducted from the wages of personnel pursuant to any law, contract or agreement for the purpose of providing or paying for such services.
