Payment for Other Direct Costs incurred incidental to and directly attributable to the Project may be reimbursable only with prior written approval of the County. All costs and expenses for Travel and Transportation shall be documented by the Landscape Architect/Civil Engineer with invoices, receipts, and other relevant original documentation, all to the satisfaction of the County, but shall in no event exceed the U.S. General Services Administration per diem rates for the County. Any payments made to the Landscape Architect/Civil Engineer’s subcontractors, outside associates, consultants, subconsultants, or agents (Direct Labor, Indirect Costs, Profit, and Other Direct Costs) shall be included as an Other Direct Costs line item.

Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.

  • Notices Any notice, request or other document required or permitted to be given or delivered to the Holder by the Company shall be delivered in accordance with the notice provisions of the Purchase Agreement.
