The Landscape Architect must be a registered or licensed landscape architect, 6 comparable to an Arizona registration, in some state or foreign jurisdiction at the time of 7 Proposal submittal, and must be a registered landscape architect in the State of Arizona. The 8 individual’s relevant experience includes 5 years of experience in developing landscape and 9 aesthetic plans.
Landscape Architect. A person lawfully practicing landscape architecture. The term "Landscape Architect" refers to the Landscape Architect or the Landscape Architect's authorized representative.
Landscape Architect. A person or firm that is authorized to practice landscape architecture pursuant to Florida Statute 481.311 (as amended).
Landscape Architect. Park Designer, Project Officer I/II, Development Project Manager I/II/III, and Supervising Development Project Manager shall receive approximately 15 percent additional pay for possession of a state Landscape Architect license.
Landscape Architect. The City plans to use in house staff to serve as the Landscape Architect for this Project. However, the City may decide to hire an outside firm to act as the City’s Landscape Architect for this Project. Under either approach, the City shall identify the Landscape Architect for the CM/GC to work with.

Xxxxxx Planning & Landscape Architecture, Inc. who is hereinafter called ARCHITECT and who will provide as needed project design and work inspection representation to the OWNER in connection with completion of the Work in accordance with Contract Documents.
Landscape Architect a Florida registered landscape architect licensed pursuant to Ch. 481, Part II, F.S., who has at least 5 years of experience in the design, construction oversight, and inspection of public and private tree planting projects, including tree planting in road rights- of-way. Experience must include preparing schematic design drawings, construction drawings, bid documents, and technical specifications; obtaining bids; providing contractor oversight; and inspecting and preparing inspection reports of the contractors’ work. This definition includes the landscape architect’s landscape architecture firm, including their employees. Landscape Contractor – contractor, with a minimum of five years of experience in landscape and irrigation system construction.

The individual’s relevant experience includes the following:
Landscape Architect. 1.14.1 General Reviews by the Architect and the Architect’s Consul- tants shall consist of site inspections by the Architect, Consultants and their representatives, a minimum of once every two weeks from the start of construction until 75% of that portion of the Work for which the Architect and the vari- ous Consultants are responsible, has been completed. After that time, site visits shall increase to a minimum of once a week and for the intensive phases during the completion of the project, a minimum of twice a week. Determination regard- ing the frequency of site inspections by the Architect and the Architect’s Consultants shall be made in association with the Architect, but the Board’s decision will be final.
