Common use of Payment for Performance Clause in Contracts

Payment for Performance. The Coordinating Assessor is authorized to dedicate the following funds as compensation to the provider of services under this Agreement: a. System Hardware and Software – not to exceed $100,000. This is a one-time cost. b. SDR Software Development – up to $150,000. This is a one-time cost. and the combined costs of “a.” and “b.” not to exceed $250,000. c. Annual System Operation costs – not to exceed $24,000/year. This is a recurring annual cost. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or prohibit the ability of a Participating Assessor from receiving extra data support services that are beyond the scope of this Agreement. A Participating Assessor, and his or her respective county, who obtains extra data support services (rate sheet services) that may be related to but are beyond the scope of this Agreement shall be solely responsible for the payment of such extra work.
