Common use of Payment for Services and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment for Services and Expenses. The Contractor will submit to the attention of the “Administrative Contact” invoices for payment in accordance with the invoicing instalment dates or earlier, if Deliverable is complete and signed off by the signatory, and other terms set forth in Part One of this contract in the section “Contract Fees and Invoicing.” Invoices must contain the following information:
