Payment for Supervision of Student Teachers. Where supervision of the teaching of a student Teacher is required as a part of a Teacher’s duty, the Teacher will receive all payments made by the student Teacher’s training institution for such supervision.

  • Payment for Services Contractor shall exert reasonable and diligent efforts to collect prompt payment from the Commonwealth. Contractor shall pay Subcontractor in proportion to amounts received from the Commonwealth which are attributable to the Services performed by Subcontractor.
