Period of Appointment. The period of appointment will be as agreed between the Employer and Teacher on appointment.
Period of Appointment. 3.1 The Employment shall begin on the Commencement Date and, subject to Clause 17, shall continue until it is terminated by either party giving to the other not less than six months’ written notice.
Period of Appointment. This Agreement shall commence and be deemed to have commenced on the Commencement Date and (subject to Clause 9 hereof) shall continue subject always to the right of either the Company or the Executive to determine the Appointment by either party giving to the other not less than twelve months’ prior written notice.
Period of Appointment. (a) The trade union must determine the period of appointment of the SS; but not less than one year at a time.
Period of Appointment. 3.1 Subject to the wider terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive, and the Executive hereby agrees to be employed by the Company for an initial fixed term of twelve (12) months commencing on the Commencement Date, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms hereof (the “Initial Employment Period”). The Employment shall continue thereafter unless or until terminated by either party giving the other not less than six (6) months’ notice of termination.
Period of Appointment. 8. The standard period of appointment should be 4 years. Should the need arise to extend this term, a case must be submitted to Scottish Ministers, for their agreement, before the appointment process begins. Period of Appointment. The Agent agrees to accept its appointment as the Bank's agent from the Commencement Date, or any other date agreed between the parties in writing, for the duration of the Term.
Period of Appointment. The Appointment shall, unless sooner terminated as provided herein, be a period of two years commencing on the Effective Date of the Member’s appointment to the Advisory Board and ending at the close of business on the second anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Termination Date”) unless extended my mutual consent of both the Member and the Corporation.

Each annual extension shall occur automatically unless Xxxxxxxx provides the Company in writing that he will not be exercising the annual extension by December 1 of each year prior to the to-be-extended year. For example, the Period of Appointment will automatically extend to December 31, 2009 unless Xxxxxxxx provides notice that he will not be exercising the extension for 2009 on or before December 1, 2008.
