Payment from Bonus Pool. Employer shall pay to Executive, when the same would ordinarily be paid, (i) all amounts accrued in the Bonus Pool by Executive with respect to years preceding the year in which termination due to disability of Executive occurs and (ii) the pro-rated bonus payable with respect to the year in which termination due to the disability of Executive occurs.
