Common use of PAYMENT IS RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYER Clause in Contracts

PAYMENT IS RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYER. It is the obligation of the Employer to pay the wages and fringe benefits provided in the Agreement and as from time to time determined by allocation, and any delegation by the Employer of this responsibility to bookkeepers, foremen or other individuals shall not relieve the Employer of his responsibility in the event of any error, mistake or failure to pay in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement.
