Payment of Amounts Relating to Variation Orders. If Variation Orders have been issued by DALO in accordance with clause 4.1, the payment of the Variation Order amount shall take place when the Deliverables of such Variation Order have been delivered in the required quality and quantity and within the time of Delivery agreed in the Variation Order, and provided that the invoicing has taken place in accordance with clause 2.3.19. Such Variation Order invoice shall be paid no later than 30 (thirty) Days after the Supplier has electronically forwarded the signed variation, provided that it contains all relevant information, cf. clause 2.3.19.
