Order Amount definition

Order Amount refers to the amount of funds that is allocated by the Judicial Council or Participating JBE to an authorized Order for payment purposes. The amount that the Judicial Council or Participating JBE may reimburse the Contractor for work provided pursuant to each Order shall not exceed the Order Amount stated therein.
Order Amount means all Purchase Prices referenced in any Purchase Order(s) and thus the total, accumulated and aggregated sum of each and every Purchase Price and increases/decreases hereof.
Order Amount means if a specific, singular PO is issued by the Client the remuneration amount mentioned herein or if more PO(s) are issued by the Client then all the Purchase Prices referenced to in the Purchase Orders or in writing between Semco and Client as the total, accumulated and aggregated sum(s) of all Purchase Price(s) to be paid to Semco by the Client for the last 12 months prior to any act and/ or omission performed by Semco; “Purchase Agreement” means a written agreement on Deliveries from Semco to Client referencing these GTDs and includes a Signature Agreement (If any).

  • Payment for Travel Expenses required for a Temporary Assignment of an Order, along with any other allowable costs and/or expenses for that Order, shall not exceed the Order Amount set forth in that Order.

  • Payment for background checks required for an Assignment, as set forth in an Order, along with any other allowable costs and/or expenses associated with that Order, shall not exceed the Order Amount set forth in that Order.

  • Payment for background checks required for a Temporary Assignment, as set forth in an Order, along with any other allowable costs and/or expenses associated with that Order, shall not exceed the Order Amount set forth in that Order.

More Definitions of Order Amount

Order Amount means the Purchase Price referenced in a Purchase Orders or otherwise referenced in the Order Confirmation;
