Initial Package of Spare Parts. It is an integral part of the Supplier's obligations under the Contract to deliver an Initial Package of Spare Parts and special tools, test equipment, and consumables ; collectively Spare Parts and Other Items, to the FRB as further specified in Annex I. The initial package comprises of Spare Parts and Other Items that the Supplier has deemed necessary in order for DALO to operate and use a FRB in 2 (two) years in ac- cordance with the intended use, cf. the recital and clause 2.1, and - if integrated in the Contract - instructions and / or maintenance plans submitted by the Supplier. Spare Parts and Other Items not included in the initial package but nevertheless neces- sary in order to operate the Deliverables in this period in accordance with the second paragraph of this clause, shall be delivered free of charge by the Supplier within the lead times stated in the list of Spare Parts and Other Items. Regarding special tools and test equipment, the initial package shall also include special tools and test equipment which is needed by DALO in the specific period mentioned above. The initial package is thus an integral part of the Deliverables The initial package shall be delivered no later than the Delivery Date. Spare Parts used in connection with Warranty repairs / works are not included in the ini- tial package and these shall be provided free of charge by the Supplier i n the Defects Liability Period.

  • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.

  • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale Packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sale shall, if classified with the good, be disregarded in determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4, and, if the good is subject to a regional value-content requirement, the value of such packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.

  • Technical Standards Applicable to a Wind Generating Plant i. Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.
