Common use of Payment of First Month’s Rent Clause in Contracts

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of Fifty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Five and 60/100 Dollars ($54,225.60), which shall constitute Base Rent for the first month of the Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of Fifty-Four Two Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Two Hundred Twenty-Five and 60/100 50/100 Dollars ($54,225.6052,352.50), which shall constitute Base Rent for the first month of the Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of Fifty-Four Six Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Two Hundred Twenty-Five and 60/100 50/100 Dollars ($54,225.6056,162.50), which shall constitute Base Rent for the first month of the Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of Fifty-Four One Hundred Three Thousand Two Nine Hundred Twenty-Five and 60/100 Fifty Dollars ($54,225.60), 103,950) which shall constitute Base Rent for the first month of the Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon the execution hereof of this Sublease by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of FiftyFourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Five Seven and 60/100 94/100 Dollars ($54,225.6014,797.94), which sum shall constitute Monthly Base Rent for the first seventh (7th) month of the Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon the execution hereof of this Sublease by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of Forty-Nine Thousand Fifty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Five Six and 60/100 80/100 Dollars ($54,225.6049,056.80), which sum shall constitute Monthly Base Rent for the first month of the Term, consistent, however, with subparagraph D below.

Upon execution hereof by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of Fifty-Four Thousand Two Hundred TwentyNinety-Five Eight and 60/100 20/100 Dollars ($54,225.6054,298.20), which shall constitute Monthly Base Rent for the first month of the Term. If the Commencement Date falls on a day other than the first day of a calendar month, any excess attributable to the first month of the Term shall be credited to Monthly Base Rent for the second month of the Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of One Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Four Thousand Two Hundred TwentyFifty-Five Six and 60/100 80/100 Dollars ($54,225.60151,456.80), which shall constitute Base Rent for the first fifth month of the Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of Fifty-Four Six Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Five and 60/100 Dollars ($54,225.606,000), which shall constitute Base Rent for the first seventh month of the Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of Fifty-Four Thousand Two Hundred TwentyEighty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Eighteen and 60/100 75/100 Dollars ($54,225.6085,618.75), which shall constitute Base Rent for the first month of the Sublease Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by SublesseeOn or prior to the Commencement Date, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of Fifty-Seven Thousand Four Thousand Two Hundred TwentySeventy-Five Six and 60/100 25/100 Dollars ($54,225.6057,476.25), which shall constitute Base Rent for the first month of the Term. No security deposit shall be required from Sublessee under this Sublease.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of FiftySeventy-Two Thousand Four Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Five Forty and 60/100 80/100 Dollars ($54,225.6072,440.80), which shall constitute Base Rent for the first month of the Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of FiftyTwelve Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Five Nine and 60/100 25/100 Dollars ($54,225.6012,179.25), which shall constitute Base Rent for the first full calendar month of the TermTerm for which Base Rent is not abated.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon the execution hereof of this Sublease by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of Fifty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Five Seven Thousand and 60/100 No/100 Dollars ($54,225.6027,000.00), which sum shall constitute Monthly Base Rent for the first month of the Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of Fifty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Five and 60/100 59/100 Dollars ($54,225.6052,954.59), which shall constitute Base Rent and Additional Rent for the first month of the Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of Fifty-Four Thousand Two Hundred TwentyEighty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Two and 60/100 Dollars ($54,225.6085,632.60), which shall constitute Base Rent for the first second month of the Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by SublesseeOn the Anticipated Delivery Date, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of Fifty-Four Thousand Two Five Hundred Twenty-Five Six Thousand Seven Hundred Nine and 60/100 25/100 Dollars ($54,225.60526,709.25), which shall constitute Base Rent for the first month of the Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of Fifty-Four Three Thousand Five Hundred Two Hundred Twenty-Five and 60/100 Dollars ($54,225.603,502.00), which shall constitute Base Rent for the first month of the Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by Sublesseereceipt of Master Lessor’s consent, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of Fifty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Five and 60/100 Dollars FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS AND 75/100 ($54,225.6054,230.75), which shall constitute Base Rent for the first full month of the Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon the execution hereof of this Sublease by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of Fifty-Four One Hundred Eight Thousand Two Seven Hundred Twenty-Five Fifty and 60/100 No/100 Dollars ($54,225.60108,750.00), which sum shall constitute Monthly Base Rent for the first month of the Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor Sublessor, in cash, the sum of FiftyThirty-Four Two Thousand Two Three Hundred Twenty-Five and 60/100 Thirty Dollars ($54,225.6032,330), which shall constitute Base Rent for the first month of the Term.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of Fifty-Four One Hundred Nine Thousand Two Nine Hundred Twenty-Five Six and 60/100 50/100 Dollars ($54,225.60), 109,906.50) which shall constitute Base Rent for the first full calendar month of the TermTerm following the Commencement Date.

Payment of First Month’s Rent. Upon execution hereof by Sublessee, Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor the sum of One Hundred Seven Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Five and 60/100 One Dollars ($54,225.60), 107,151) which shall constitute Base Rent for the first month of the Term.
