Payment of Full Severance Pay. Once an employee has received full accrued severance pay pursuant to subparagraph (a) above, he shall thereafter be a new employee for severance pay purposes and future computation of qualified years shall apply only to employment by Producer, if any, after the receipt of such full severance pay.
