Payment of levies. Levies payable by Members in respect of a Financial Year (including any variation to them resolved by the Board pursuant to clause 6.1.3) shall be payable by four equal payments on 1 April, 1 July, 1 October and 1 January during that Financial Year, unless a Member elects to pay upfront in full or the annual amount of a levy payable by a Member is less than £50,000, in which case the whole amount of that levy shall be payable on 1 April in that Financial Year. Subject to approval of the Board, the Company can agree in writing a payment profile with individual Members such that they can overpay or underpay annual levies for any year as long as the total levies payable by the Member (annually adjusted as per 6.1.4) over the period of membership or the Company’s five year funding cycle remains unaffected by any under or over payment. Levies paid by Members to the Company shall not be refundable or repayable by the Company in any circumstances.

Payment of levies. 4.5.1 With effect from the date of occupation the Resident shall pay the amount of the monthly levy in respect of the Resident and Co-Resident fixed by the Directors from time to time monthly in advance on or before the first day of each month. 4.5.2 The Resident shall also pay any special levies when imposed by the Directors in the manner directed, including the payment referred to in 3.3.2 above.

  • Calculation of Charges Contractor shall provide an invoice to the City on a monthly basis for goods delivered and/or Services completed in the immediate preceding month, unless a different schedule is set out in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” Compensation shall be made for goods and/or Services identified in the invoice that the City, in his or her sole discretion, concludes has been satisfactorily performed. In no event shall the amount of this Agreement exceed [insert whole dollar amount in numbers and words -- no pennies and no “.00”]. The breakdown of charges associated with this Agreement appears in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” A portion of payment may be withheld until conclusion of the Agreement if agreed to by both Parties as retainage, described in Appendix B. In no event shall City be liable for interest or late charges for any late payments. City will not honor minimum service order charges for any services covered by this Agreement.

  • Payment of GST Payment of the additional amount will be made at the same time as payment for the supply is required to be made under this Contract.
