PAYMENT OF LOSS OR CLAIM. Any person, who has secured a judgment against an insured for an insured loss or has liability established by a written agreement between the claimant, an insured and us, is entitled to recover under this policy to the extent of coverage provided. In addition to the policy terms which are contained in other sections of this policy, the following conditions also apply:
