New Policy. If this is a new policy which has been in effect less than sixty days, we may cancel for any reason by delivering or mailing the required notice to the first named insured at the mailing address shown in the policy at least twenty days before cancellation is effective. If upon review during this time period, we find that a statutory provision/provisions for cancellation applies/apply, we may cancel this policy by mailing written notice to the first named insured at the mailing address shown in the policy at least fifteen days before cancellation is effective.

New Policy. If during the term of this Contract the State elects to procure a new insurance policy or bond that is not listed in Section A.2(i) – (viii) above, the Contractor shall take such steps as are necessary to place the new insurance coverages in accordance with Section A.3 above. Any new insurance coverage requirements shall be procured by a date mutually agreed to in writing by the Parties. Upon procurement of the new policies, the Contractor shall provide the policy maintenance and policy evaluation services described in Sections A.5 and A.6 above.
