Nonpayment of Premium. If the premium has not been paid when due, we may cancel at any time by delivering or mailing to you the required notice at least fifteen days before cancellation is effective. Payment by you to the insurer, or to an agent or broker authorized to receive such payment, shall be considered timely if made within fifteen days after the mailing to you of a notice of cancellation for nonpayment of premium.
Nonpayment of Premium. (1) If an individual fails to pay the premium bill, entitlement will end on the last day of the third month after the billing month.
(2) CMS may reinstate entitlement if the individual shows good cause for failure to pay on time, and pays all overdue premiums within 3 calendar months after the date specified in para- graph (d)(1) of this section.
Nonpayment of Premium. You are entitled to coverage only for the period for which we have received the appropriate Premium from your Group. If your Group fails to pay us the appropriate Premium for your Family Unit, we will terminate the memberships of everyone in your Family Unit.
Nonpayment of Premium. Waiving Party and Policyowner acknowledge their understanding and intent that no premiums for the group LTD insurance waived by Waiving Party will be paid by Policyowner or by Waiving Party to us in connection with Subject Group Policy. If any such premiums are paid for any reason, such payment shall not provide for group LTD insurance for Waiving Party, and the sole remedy shall be a refund of said premiums with interest, as determined by us. The payment of any such premiums by Policyowner or by Waiving Party, or the acceptance of any such premiums by us, in no way alters or affects this agreement.
Nonpayment of Premium. Coventry reserves the right to terminate this Group Contract upon the Group's failure to pay premiums or contributions in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. In such an instance, We will terminate the Group Contract on the first (1st) day following the thirty-one
Nonpayment of Premium. Coventry reserves the right to terminate this Group Master Contract upon the Group’s failure to pay premiums or contributions in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. If any required premium payment is not paid by the end of the Grace Period, the Group Master Contract and all benefits for Covered Individuals shall be retroactively terminated as of 11:59:59 p.m. on the last day for which premiums were paid. To retroactively terminate the Group Master Contract for non-payment of premium, Coventry must deliver to the Group, by certified mail to the Group’s last known address, notice of Coventry’s intent not to renew this Agreement beyond the period for which premium has been accepted. In no case shall Coventry be liable for claims incurred during the Grace Period unless appropriate premiums are received for the Grace Period. The Group remains liable to Coventry for all incomplete payments during the term of the Agreement, as well as any service charges for checks issued on insufficient funds up to the point when the termination takes effect. Members shall be liable for payment of any applicable share of premium payment, Deductibles, Coinsurance, and Copayments owed, and Coventry shall be liable for claims incurred prior to the date of termination.
Nonpayment of Premium. If Shipsurance does not receive payment of premium from you, your customers, or the owner of the covered property by the date the invoice is due, Shipsurance reserves the right to deny any coverage retained until such invoice is paid in full (including any such interest accrued). If you, your customers, or the owner of the covered property does not pay its invoice within 45 days after it is due, Shipsurance reserves the right to cancel its coverage entirely.
Nonpayment of Premium. If a premium is not paid by the end of the grace period, this Policy will terminate. No further insurance coverage will be provided except as explained in the Reinstatement provision.
Nonpayment of Premium. This Agreement may be terminated by Houston General upon ten (10) days advance notice for nonpayment of any of the Net Premium by Warrantech; provided, however, that if the failure to pay such Premium when due resulted from clerical or an inadvertent error by Warrantech, then the cancellation otherwise effected shall be rescinded provided that any delinquent Net Premium is paid by Warrantech within ten (10) days of Warrantech's receipt of notice of termination under this paragraph.
Nonpayment of Premium. Upon the failure of a Shareholder to pay any premium, premium installment or premium assessment due under any policy of insurance issued by the Corporation to the Shareholder or its Members, effective as of the tenth (10th) day following notice from the Corporation to the Shareholder specifying the amount due; provided, however, that if the entire amount outstanding is received by the Corporation within such ten (10) day period, such nonpayment shall not constitute a Triggering Event under this Section 3.2.
