Nonpayment of Premium. If the premium has not been paid when due, we may cancel at any time by delivering or mailing to you the required notice at least fifteen days before cancellation is effective. Payment by you to the insurer, or to an agent or broker authorized to receive such payment, shall be considered timely if made within fifteen days after the mailing to you of a notice of cancellation for nonpayment of premium.

Nonpayment of Premium. (1) If an individual fails to pay the premium bill, entitlement will end on the last day of the third month after the billing month.

In no case shall Coventry be liable for claims incurred during the Grace Period unless appropriate premiums are received for the Grace Period. The Group remains liable to Coventry for all incomplete payments during the term of the Agreement, as well as any service charges for checks issued on insufficient funds up to the point when the termination takes effect. Members shall be liable for payment of any applicable share of premium payment, Deductibles, Coinsurance, and Copayments owed, and Coventry shall be liable for claims incurred prior to the date of termination.
