Suspension and Cancellation Section 5.01. The following are specified as additional events for suspension of the right of the Recipient to make withdrawals from the Grant Account for the purposes of Section 8.01(k) of the Grant Regulations or cancellation of the Grant pursuant to Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations:
Suspension; Cancellation; Acceleration of Maturity Section 5.01. The following are specified as additional events for suspension of the right of the Borrower to make withdrawals from the Loan Account for the purposes of Section 8.01(m) of the Loan Regulations:
Maintenance/Cancellation of Insurance There will be no cancellation or reduction of coverage of any required insurance without thirty (30) days’ written notice to the Contractor. Such notice may be sent by the Subcontractor’s insurance carrier, insurance broker, or the Subcontractor.
Longer Delays May Apply We may delay your ability to withdraw funds deposited by check into your account an additional number of days for these reasons: • We believe a check you deposit will not be paid. • You deposit checks totaling more than $5,525 on any one day. • You re-deposit a check that has been returned unpaid. • You have overdrawn your account repeatedly in the last six (6) months. • There is an emergency, such as failure of communications or computer equipment. We will notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds for any of these reasons, and we will tell you when the funds will be available. They will generally be available no later than the seventh business day after the day of your deposit.
Effective Date; Termination; Cancellation and Suspension Section 5.01. This Agreement shall come into force and effect on the date upon which the Development Credit Agreement becomes effective.
Termination and Cancellation 9. 1. Licences will expire after the period shown in Clause 3 (above).
CERTAIN TERMINATIONS PROHIBITED; CERTAIN CANCELLATIONS NON-APPEALABLE The following circumstances will not be considered a valid basis for termination of this agreement, and will be considered non- appealable or irrelevant to an appeal of a cancellation fee assessment:
