When We May Cancel Sample Clauses

The "When We May Cancel" clause defines the circumstances under which one party, typically the service provider or insurer, has the right to terminate the agreement before its scheduled end date. This clause usually outlines specific conditions such as non-payment, violation of terms, or changes in risk that would justify cancellation. By clearly stating these grounds, the clause helps manage expectations and provides both parties with transparency regarding the situations that could lead to early termination, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes.
