Common use of Payment of Monies Clause in Contracts

Payment of Monies. The Custodian shall make, or cause any Subcustodian to make, payments from monies being held in the Accounts only in accordance with Authorized Instructions or as provided in Sections 9, 13 and 17. The Custodian may act as the Client's agent or act as a principal in foreign exchange transactions at such rates as are agreed from time to time between the Client and the Custodian.
