Payment of monthly contribution to Management Expenses. (a) The Management Expenses payable in respect of a Unit up to and inclusive of the date of the assignment of such Unit by the First Owner shall be borne and paid by the First Owner. (b) Payments of contribution to the Management Expenses and other contributions under this Deed shall normally be made by each Owner in advance on the first day of each calendar month but this shall not interfere with the Manager’s discretion to call for any particular payment or contribution to be made on any other day or days it may deem necessary or desirable.
