Common use of Payment of Operator’s Fee Clause in Contracts

Payment of Operator’s Fee. Within three (3) business days after the delivery to Lessee of the monthly report required by Section 9.02, Operator shall be paid the Operator’s Fee by Lessee for the immediately prior month, based upon Gross Hotel Income for the immediately prior month, as determined from the books and records referred to in Article IX.
