Common use of Payment of Personal/Carer’s Leave Clause in Contracts

Payment of Personal/Carer’s Leave. 30.4.1 Paid personal/xxxxx’s leave is cumulative, provided that Employees are only entitled to take leave in accordance with this clause that leave which has been credited to them. Where Employees are entitled to paid personal/carer’s leave they will be paid the amount that would have 30.4.2 The provisions of this clause with respect to payment do not apply if an Employee’s is receiving worker’s compensation.
