Payment of Professional Fees. The Company shall pay all invoices rendered to the Company by the Executive’s attorneys, accountants and other advisors for reasonable fees and expenses in connection with the negotiation and preparation of this Agreement; provided, however, that the Company’s obligation pursuant to this Section 4.5 shall not exceed $25,000 incurred by Executive.
