EFAP. Employees are entitled to access the McMaster University Employee and Family Assistance Program, on the same basis as other employees at McMaster, at no cost to the employee. The Employer will inform all employees of this entitlement and the appropriate contact information in their Appointment Letter.

EFAP. Employees are entitled to access the McMaster University Employee and Family Assistance Program.
EFAP. Employer and employee contributions will be seven point two five percent 7.25% for employees enrolled in the PEPP. Effective 30 days after ratification the Employer and employee contributions will be seven point five percent (7.5%) for employees enrolled in the PEPP. Effective April 1, 2016, Employer and Employee contributions will be seven point six percent (7.6%) for employees enrolled in the PEPP. The parties agree to continue to participate in the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) as established by the parties.
EFAP. The Employer shall provide an Employee Family Assistance Program to all permanent employees and will make information available to all employees on a confidential basis regarding the EFAP program and access to EFAP services.
EFAP. The Employer shall provide and pay fifty percent (50%) of the premium costs of the E.F.A.P. for regular full-time employees and regular part-time employees who are eligible as set out in Article 27.1.
