PAYMENT OF PROGRAM FEE. a) Amount of payments and limitations on payments. Subject to such other limitations and conditions as are specified in Commission regulations and policies, this agreement, and this clause, the amount of payments and limitations on payment of Program Fees shall be specified in the agreement’s description of the basis for payment.
