Payment of Resident NAMI. The Resident NAMI is to be paid to the Center once a Medicaid application is filed or should have been filed. In this circumstance, the Resident and the Resident Representative guarantee that: (i) the Resident NAMI will be delivered to the Center on or before the tenth (10th) day of each month; or that it will be sent directly to the Center from the income payor; (ii) during the period when a Resident’s Medicaid application is pending approval by the relevant county, all income of the Resident shall be paid over to the Center, minus $50.00 per month, and said payment shall be applied to the cost of care of the Resident; (iii) that if any part of the Resident NAMI amount is disputed, the disputed portion of the Resident NAMI will be paid directly to a mutually agreed upon escrow agent, or the Court, on or before the tenth (10th) day of each month and that the portion of the Resident NAMI which is not in dispute will be paid to the Center by such date. The Parties agree that the funds held in escrow will be released according to the determination made by the reviewing body or by the Court, or by mutual consent of the Resident or the Resident Representative and the Center.

  • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will:  Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority  Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference  Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation  Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality. 15.2 The Contractor is also required to provide a dedicated Account Manager for every Framework Public Body using the Framework, if required by the Framework Public Body. The service to be provided will be agreed with each Framework Public Body and may include:  regular review meetings, which may be in person at the Framework Public Bodies’ premises, by video-conference, webinar or telephone  Regular catch-up meetings/telephone calls to discuss current and on-going issues  Work with the Framework Public Bodies Contract Manager to resolve any on-going operational issues  Work with the Framework Public Body ’s Contract Manager to pro-actively introduce initiatives to:  Create efficiencies in processes  Improve the environmental performance of the contract. 15.3 It is expected that end users will contact the Contractor in the first instance to resolve any operational issues. The Account Manager will act as a point of escalation to be contacted either by end users or by the Framework Public Body’s Contract Manager should there be issues that the Contractor needs to resolve. 15.4 Further details of the roles and responsibilities of the Contractor, Authority and Framework Public Bodies are provided in Schedule 4 – Management Arrangements

  • Allocation of Resources Whenever a disaster causes Vendor to allocate limited resources between or among Vendor's customers, vendor will not provide priority over Prudential to any other customers of Vendor. In addition, in no event will Vendor re-deploy or reassign any vendor Key Employee (as identified and defined in an applicable Engagement Schedule) or any Affected Employee (as identified and defined in an applicable Engagement Schdule) to any other Vendor account in the event of a disaster.

  • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.

  • Account Name The Grant will be paid in instalments by the Commonwealth in accordance with the agreed Milestones, and compliance by the Grantee with its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Certification of Residency, etc Customer certifies that it is a resident of the United States and shall notify Bank of any changes in residency. Bank may rely upon this certification or the certification of such other facts as may be required to administer Bank's obligations hereunder.   • Account Manager The Account Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the State during the course of the Contract and shall act as the central point of contact. Contract Administrator The Contract Administrator is responsible for the updating and management of the Contract on a timely basis. Sales Manager The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the Authorized Users for matters relating to RFQs.

  • Asset Management Fees (i) Except as provided in Section 8.03(ii) hereof, the Company shall pay the Advisor as compensation for the services described in Section 3.03 hereof a monthly fee (the “Asset Management Fee”) in an amount equal to one-twelfth of 0.75% of the sum of the Cost of Real Estate Investments and the Cost of Loans and other Permitted Investments. The Advisor shall submit a monthly invoice to the Company, accompanied by a computation of the Asset Management Fee for the applicable period. The Asset Management Fee shall be payable on the last day of such month, or the first business day following the last day of such month. The Asset Management Fee may or may not be taken, in whole or in part, as to any period in the sole discretion of the Advisor. All or any portion of the Asset Management Fees not taken as to any period shall be deferred without interest and may be paid in such other fiscal period as the Advisor shall determine. (ii) Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 8.03(i) to the contrary, a Property, Loan or other Permitted Investment that has suffered an impairment in value, reduction in cash flow or other negative circumstances may either be excluded from the calculation of the Cost of Real Estate Investments or the Cost of Loans and other Permitted Investments or included in such calculation at a reduced value that is recommended by the Advisor and the Company's management and then approved by a majority of the Company's independent directors, and the resulting change in the Asset Management Fee with respect to such investment will be applicable upon the earlier to occur of the date on which (i) such investment is sold, (ii) such investment is surrendered to a Person other than the Company, its direct or indirect wholly owned subsidiary or a Joint Venture or partnership in which the Company has an interest, (iii) the Advisor determines that it will no longer pursue collection or other remedies related to such investment, or (iv) the Advisor recommends a revised fee arrangement with respect to such investment.

  • Payment of Services For courses taught at a High School facility utilizing High School teachers who are qualified by the Dallas College using Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) standards to teach college level courses, Dallas College shall pay as follows:

  • Investment Management If and to the extent requested by the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor shall, subject to the supervision of the Advisor, manage all or a portion of the investments of the Portfolio in accordance with the investment objective, policies and limitations provided in the Portfolio's Prospectus or other governing instruments, as amended from time to time, the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the "1940 Act") and rules thereunder, as amended from time to time, and such other limitations as the Trust or Advisor may impose with respect to the Portfolio by notice to the Sub-Advisor. With respect to the portion of the investments of the Portfolio under its management, the Sub-Advisor is authorized to make investment decisions on behalf of the Portfolio with regard to any stock, bond, other security or investment instrument, and to place orders for the purchase and sale of such securities through such broker-dealers as the Sub-Advisor may select. The Sub-Advisor may also be authorized, but only to the extent such duties are delegated in writing by the Advisor, to provide additional investment management services to the Portfolio, including but not limited to services such as managing foreign currency investments, purchasing and selling or writing futures and options contracts, borrowing money or lending securities on behalf of the Portfolio. All investment management and any other activities of the Sub-Advisor shall at all times be subject to the control and direction of the Advisor and the Trust's Board of Trustees.
