Payment of salary during absence. 14.2.1 Subject to the Executive complying with the terms of Clause 14.1.1, the Company will continue to pay Basic Salary and usual benefits during any period of absence due to sickness or injury for up to a maximum of six months in any period of twelve consecutive months (the twelve-month period being referred to as the "Entitlement Period") unless the Employment is terminated in terms of Clauses 3 or 18. The first Entitlement Period will begin on the first day of absence and any subsequent Entitlement Period will start on the first day of any absence occurring outside an enduring Entitlement Period.
