Payment of Supplemental Bills. In any year in which a supplemental xxxx has been submitted to an Agricultural Contractor pursuant to subdivision (c)(4) of this article, such supplemental xxxx shall be treated as reducing by an equal amount the obligation of such contractor for that year to make payments into the Agricultural Rate Management Trust Fund. To the extent that such contractor has already made payments to the trust fund in an amount in excess of such contractor’s reduced trust fund payment obligation, such contractor may request the trustee to use the excess from the trust fund to pay the supplemental xxxx.

  • Payment of Bills Except as otherwise indicated herein or on the Service Order(s), Comcast will invoice Customer in advance on a monthly basis for all monthly recurring Service charges and fees arising under the Agreement.
