Payment of Total Fees. 6.1.1 The Tenant shall pay the Total Fees reserved by this Lease Agreement free from any deductions and rights of set-off whatsoever, at the times and in the manner set forth in this Lease Agreement.

Payment of Service Fees Customer will pay the Service Fees for Services ordered by Customer, and all other amounts due under the Agreement, pursuant to the terms of this Section 5.

Payment of GST If GST is payable on any supply made by a Party (or any entity through which that Party acts) (Supplier) under or in connection with this Agreement, the recipient will pay to the Supplier an amount equal to the GST payable on the supply.
Reimbursable Expenses; Maximum Total Payment; Invoicing District will make no payment until this Contract is fully executed by the authorized representatives of both parties.
Termination Fees It will take time for your local utility company to cancel your XOOM account. During that time you agree to pay for the Energy you consume that is supplied by XOOM. In addition, you must also pay us any outstanding payment obligations you have incurred under this Contract that remain unpaid, including related wire service, distribution and administration fees, and all applicable Taxes up to the termination date. If you do not pay us the amounts owing by the date indicated, we will charge you the Late Payment Charge.
Payment of Fees All fees payable hereunder shall be paid on the dates due, in immediately available funds, to the Administrative Agent (or to the Issuing Lender, in the case of fees payable to it) for distribution, in the case of commitment fees and participation fees, to the Lenders entitled thereto.
