Payment of Total Price. The Total Price shall be paid by the Buyer to the Developer in the manner mentioned in the chart below, time being the essence of contract. The Buyer agrees and covenants not to claim any right or possession over and in respect of the Said Unit And Appurtenances till such time the Buyer has paid the entirety of the Total Price, Additional Cost (defined in Clause 8.2 above) and the Extras (defined in Clause 8.5 below).
Payment of Total Price. The Total Price shall be paid by the Buyer in the manner mentioned in Part-II of the 6th Schedule below. The Buyer agrees and covenants not to claim any right or possession over and in respect of the Said Flat And Appurtenances till such time the Buyer has paid the entirety of the Total Price and the Extras (defined in Clause 8.4 below).
Payment of Total Price. In all cases payment of the outstanding balance due under the booking (allowing for the Deposit paid) must be made not less than 8 weeks before your planned arrival date at the Property. The Owner will not be under any obligation to issue reminders for any balances due. Non-payment of the balance outstanding, latest 8 weeks prior to arrival, will entitle the Owner to treat the reservation as cancelled by the Guest.
Payment of Total Price. The Total Price shall be paid by the Buyers in the manners mentioned in the charts below, time being the essence of contract. The Buyers agree and covenant not to claim any right or possession over and in respect of the Said Apartment And Appurtenances till such time the Buyers have paid the entirety of the Total Price and the Extras and all other amounts agreed to be paid or deposited under this Agreement.

The Buyer agrees and covenants not to claim any right or possession over and in respect of the Said Flat And Appurtenances till such time the Buyer has paid the entirety of the Total Price and the Extras and all other amounts agreed to be paid or deposited under this Agreement. All payments made by negotiable instruments, shall be made payable at Kolkata favouring the Vendor or such name as may be notified by the Vendor. This Agreement shall be deemed to be a notice for payment (Payment Notice) of the Total Price and no separate notice is required to be given to the Buyer for payments due from time to time. Extras, as applicable, shall be paid to the Vendor by the Buyer as and when demanded by the Vendor from the Buyer.
