Payment of Total Price Sample Clauses

Payment of Total Price. The Total Price shall be paid by the Buyer to the Developer in the manner mentioned in the chart below, time being the essence of contract. The Buyer agrees and covenants not to claim any right or possession over and in respect of the Said Unit And Appurtenances till such time the Buyer has paid the entirety of the Total Price, Additional Cost (defined in Clause 8.2 above) and the Extras (defined in Clause 8.5 below).
