Payment of Trading Fee, SFC Transaction Levy and AFRC Transaction Levy for the Company. Subject to the receipt of the applicable amount pursuant to Clause 7.3, the Sole Overall Coordinator and the Joint Global Coordinators shall, on behalf of the Company, procure the Nominee to arrange for the payment of the Trading Fee, the SFC Transaction Levy and AFRC Transaction Levy payable by the Company to the Stock Exchange, the SFC and the AFRC, respectively, in respect of the Accepted Public Offer Applications, such amount to be paid out of the application money received in respect of the Accepted Public Offer Applications.
