Payment on a Business Day. Each time a payment, repayment, prepayment or Mandatory Repayment is due on a day that is not a Business Day, it shall be made on the following Business Day.

Payment on a Business Day. In any case where any Interest Payment Date, Redemption Date, Maturity or Stated Maturity of any Debt Security shall not be a Business Day, then (notwithstanding any other provision of the Indenture) payment of interest or principal, and premium, if any, as the case may be, need not be made on such date but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the Interest Payment Date or Redemption Date, or at the Stated Maturity or Maturity, and, in case of payment, no interest shall accrue for the period from and after such Interest Payment Date, Redemption Date, Stated Maturity or Maturity, as the case may be. In any case where any day on which any other action is required to be taken hereunder is not a Business Day, then (notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture) such action shall be required to be taken on or before the requisite time on the first Business Day after such day.

  • Payment on non-Business Day If any payment by the Borrower under a Finance Document would otherwise fall due on a day which is not a Business Day: (a) the due date shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day; or (b) if the next succeeding Business Day falls in the next calendar month, the due date shall be brought forward to the immediately preceding Business Day, and interest shall be payable during any extension under paragraph (a) at the rate payable on the original due date.
