Payment on Nonbusiness Days. Whenever any payment to be made hereunder or under the Revolving Credit Note shall be stated to be due on a day other than a Business Day, the maturity thereof or the date of payment shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day.
Payment on Nonbusiness Days. Whenever any payment to be made under this Agreement shall be stated to be due on a day other than a Business Day, such payment may be made on the next succeeding Business Day, and such extension of time shall in each case be included in the computation of payment of interest on such Obligations or the fees hereunder, as the case may be.

Whenever any payment to be made hereunder or under the Note shall be stated to be due on a Saturday, Sunday or a public or bank holiday in Omaha, Nebraska (any other day being a "Business Day"), such payment may be made on the next succeeding Business Day (except that in the case of a LIBOR Rate Advance where the next succeeding Business Day falls in the next succeeding calendar month, then such payment shall be made on the next preceding Business Day with interest adjusted accordingly), and such extension of time shall in such case be included in the computation of payment of interest or commitment fee, as the case may be.
