Common use of Payment on Termination Clause in Contracts

Payment on Termination. 9.1 Upon termination of the use of any Card whether by DBS, the Cardmember or any Cardholder, the Cardmember shall pay DBS on demand the entire Outstanding Balance of any or all the Card Account(s) as may be specified by DBS in the demand and until payment in full is made, DBS shall be entitled to levy a Finance Charge calculated on the entire balance due to DBS on the Card Account(s) and debit the Card Account(s) in the manner set out in Condition 6.3.1.

Payment on Termination. 9.1 Upon termination of the use of any Card whether by DBS, DBS or the Cardmember or any CardholderCardmember, the Cardmember shall pay DBS on demand the entire Outstanding Balance of balance due to DBS on any or all the Card Account(s) as may be specified by DBS in the demand and until payment in full is made, DBS shall be entitled to levy a Finance Charge calculated charge the late payment charge provided in Condition 6.2.1 on the entire balance due to DBS on the Card Account(s) and debit the Card Account(s) in the manner set out in Condition 6.3.1accordingly.
