PAYMENT REQUEST AND DOCUMENTATION. Failure to submit the final Payment Request with appropriate documentation by the due date may result in rejection of the Payment Request and/or forfeiture by the grantee of claims for costs incurred that might otherwise have been eligible for grant funding.
