Common use of Payment to Consultant Clause in Contracts

Payment to Consultant. The consultant will be paid at the rate of $ (11) per (12) for work performed in accordance with this agreement. However, the consultant will be paid at least $ (13) per month regardless of the amount of time spent in accordance with this agreement. The consultant will submit an itemized statement setting forth the time spent and services rendered, and the company will pay the consultant the amounts due as indicated by statements submitted by the consultant within ten (10) days of receipt.

However, the consultant will be paid at least $ (13) $12000 per month year regardless of the amount of time spent in accordance with this agreement. However, the consultant will be paid at least $ (13) per month regardless of the amount of time spent in accordance with this agreement. The consultant will submit an itemized statement setting forth the time spent and services rendered, and the company will pay the consultant the amounts due as indicated by statements submitted by the consultant within ten (10) days of receipt.

Payment to Consultant. The consultant will be paid at the rate of $ (11) US$20,000.00 per (12) month for work performed in accordance with this agreementagreement plus expenses incurred namely, Travel, Accommodation, Entertainment Communication. However, the consultant will be paid at least $ (13) US$20,000.00 per month regardless of the amount of time spent in accordance with this agreement. The consultant will submit an itemized statement setting forth the time spent and services rendered, and the company will pay the consultant the amounts due as indicated by statements submitted by the consultant within ten (10) days of receiptreceipt or as agreed upon by the parties hereto.

HoweverPayment will be by electronic transfer on, or before the 20th day of each month, as long as the agreement is in force. Consultant is entitled to reimbursement of reasonable expenses for travel. The company will reimburse the consultant will be paid at least $ (13) per month regardless of the amount of time spent in accordance with this agreement. The consultant will submit an itemized statement setting forth the time spent and services rendered, and the company will pay the consultant the amounts due expenses as indicated by statements submitted by the consultant within ten (10) days of receipt.
