Payment to Consultant. 3.1 The Company shall pay the Consultant for its services under this Agreement the sum of $5,000.00 a month for which services are provided by the Consultant during the term of this Agreement. 3.2 The Consultant shall submit an invoice to the Company on the last day of each calendar month and payment shall be made by the Company to the Consultant within 15 business days of submission of an invoice.
