If you dispute any portion of an invoice, you must advise us in writing of your specific dispute within twenty days of the invoice date, and you must promptly pay the undisputed portion of the invoice. Past due payments will accrue service charges of 1.5% per month, or the maximum interest rate allowed by law, whichever is lower. You acknowledge that samples may be damaged or destroyed during testing or evaluation.
